While you’re close to all the local shops and cafes, the home itself sits in a peaceful corner, making it ideal for those who want both convenience and quiet. With stunning views of the Dehradun valley and surrounding mountains, this is a welcoming space to soak in the charm of Mussoorie and feel at home in the hills.
The home blends modern comfort with classical interiors, featuring a cozy living room with vibrant wall art, an indoor fireplace, chandeliers, and a dining space perfect for relaxed meals and conversations. Each bedroom is thoughtfully done with plush linens and quality toiletries for a restful stay. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to cook at home, or you can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals prepared on request.
Step outside into the highlight of our home, a private garden framed by trees and mountain views. Whether you’re planning a BBQ night, a bonfire, or simply watching the sunset over the valley, the garden is a space you’ll keep coming back to. Things To Know
Meals
- A complimentary breakfast is included in the tariff.
- All other meals can be ordered at the property on request.
- All meals are prepared by our in-house chef. We charge Rs. 700 per meal for the entire group as cooking charges, and grocery/ingredient costs are payable by the guests as per actuals. We request all our guests to inform the staff about their meal preferences well in advance.
- Please follow the meal timings:
- Breakfast: 8:30 am - 10:30 am
- Lunch: 1 pm - 3 pm
- Dinner: 8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
- Bonfire and BBQ can be set up with prior notice at an additional cost.
House Rules
- Check-in time: 02:00 PM; Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You may smoke only in the outdoor areas.
- Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered or outside guests are permitted.
- Please keep noise and music levels low after 10:00 PM.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property. Charges will apply based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Advance and Cancellation Policy
- We take at least 50% of the total booking amount as advance in order to confirm the booking. The balance payment is to be cleared at the time of check-in at the property. Food and other service bills, if any, are to be cleared at or prior to check-out.
- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
- If cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the check-in date, the advance amount will be non-refundable and can be adjusted against a future booking.
- If cancellation is made less than 15 days before check-in, the advance amount will be non-refundable and the booking dates cannot be adjusted.
Other Things to Note
- Parking is available at the property. Guests arriving in a personal vehicle can drive up to the property.
- Please note that private vehicles are not permitted on the Mall Road between 4:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
- Taxis, rental cabs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted on the Mall Road between 7:00 AM and 10:30 PM. Taxis drop guests at Picture Palace barrier, and the property is a short walk from there.
- Porters are available there for luggage assistance on a chargeable basis. Due to the strong porter union, property staff is not allowed to assist with guest luggage.
- We do not offer driver accommodation at the property. However, please inform us at the time of booking, and we can arrange nearby lodging at an additional cost.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas only for security purposes.
- We are pet-friendly; however, guests are requested to take responsibility for their care and any damage caused.
- Please turn off all switches and appliances when not in use.
- We have made this house with a lot of love. Treat it with respect and take care of it.

Our staff does not reside within the premises of the property, however, they will be available from 8 AM to 10:30 PM.
