  • A complimentary breakfast is included in the tariff.
  • Other meals can be ordered at the property on an à la carte basis. All meals are prepared by our in-house chef.
  • A menu is shared upon booking confirmation. We request all our guests to inform the staff about their meal preferences well in advance.
  • Please follow the meal timings:
    • Breakfast: 8:30 am - 10:30 am
    • Lunch: 1 pm - 3 pm
    • Dinner: 8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
  • All meals are served in the designated dining area at the property.

  • Check-in time: 02:00 PM; Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You may smoke only in the outdoor areas.
  • Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered or outside guests are permitted.
  • Please keep noise and music levels low after 10:00 PM.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property. Charges will apply based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
  • Any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Advance and Cancellation Policy

  • We take at least 50% of the total booking amount as advance in order to confirm the booking. The balance payment is to be cleared at the time of check-in at the property. Food and other service bills, if any, are to be cleared at or prior to check-out.
  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
  • If cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the check-in date, the advance amount will be non-refundable and can be adjusted against a future booking.
  • If cancellation is made less than 15 days before check-in, the advance amount will be non-refundable and the booking dates cannot be adjusted.

Other Things to Note

  • The property is a short 100-meter walk from the parking area. It is mostly a simple walk with a slight slope and stairs towards the end. Our property staff helps in bringing the luggage.
  • The property staff reside on the premises in designated staff accommodations.
  • We do not offer driver accommodation at the property. However, please inform us at the time of booking, and we can arrange nearby lodging at an additional cost.
  • Bonfire can be arranged with prior notice at an additional cost.
  • Please note that, like any other home in the mountains, we do not have an air conditioner at the property. This home is a mud house and has been designed in such a way that the room temperature is maintained at a comfortable level.
  • Mobile network may be an issue, but guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi at the property.
  • There is power backup available at the property.
  • There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas only for security purposes.
  • Please turn off all switches and appliances when not in use.
  • We offer discounts for month-long stays. Please get in touch with us for more details.
  • We have made this house with a lot of love. Treat it with respect and take care of it.
