We are located near Langanbal Bridge, opposite Abshar Park, and only a short 10 minutes drive from the main Pahalgam Market. The property offers a total of five beautifully appointed bedrooms, three rooms being part of the main villa, and we also have two additional rooms in a separate unit on the same premises, making it an excellent choice for families and larger groups travelling together.

The main villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom and its own character. Thoughtfully designed with traditional Kashmiri touches, the rooms combine comfort with local charm. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, making it ideal for families travelling with elders or guests who prefer easy access, while the other two bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The two bedrooms on the first floor feature beautiful Khatamband ceilings, a traditional Kashmiri woodcraft known for its intricate detailing and timeless elegance. Every room is equipped with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, wardrobe, luggage rack, fresh bed and bath linens, oil radiators, and electric blankets during the winter months.

In addition to the main villa, the property includes a separate guest unit on the same premises, offering two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Designed to the same standards of comfort and convenience, these rooms provide extra space for larger groups while allowing guests to stay together within the property.

One of the highlights of the home is the abundance of outdoor spaces that allow you to soak in the views from every corner. Each bedroom opens onto its own private balcony with seating, and even the living room extends onto a spacious balcony, creating the perfect setting to enjoy the mountains and the sound of the river throughout the day.
