Meals

• A complimentary breakfast is included in the tariff.
• Other meals can be ordered at the property on an à la carte basis. Alternatively, we charge a nominal cooking fee of Rs. 700 per meal plus the cost of ingredients on actuals. The caretakers help procure the ingredients. All meals are prepared by our in-house chef.
• We request all our guests to inform the staff about their meal preferences well in advance.
• Please follow the meal timings:

House Rules

• Check-in time: 02:00 PM; Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You may smoke only in the outdoor areas.
• Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered or outside guests are permitted.
• Please keep noise and music levels low after 10:00 PM.

Advance and Cancellation Policy

• We take at least 50% of the total booking amount as advance in order to confirm the booking. The balance payment is to be cleared at the time of check-in at the property. Food and other service bills, if any, are to be cleared at or prior to check-out.
• This will be a non-refundable booking.
• If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the check-in date, the advance amount can be adjusted towards future booking dates.

Other Things to Note

• Driver accommodation: There is a simple sleeping arrangement for a driver if required. Kindly let us know in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
• This is a cottage on a farm surrounded by a forest in a village setting. We do not permit loud music or loud noises, especially after sunset. We have village neighbours, and we request our guests to maintain the peace and serenity of the farm and its surroundings.
• There is parking available on the property premises.
• The property staff reside on the premises in designated staff accommodations.
