The home is inspired by property owners’ mother, Praveen, lovingly known as Sunila Aunty, whose kindness and eye for beauty continues to live in every corner.
Every detail in the house has been created with care. The bedrooms are tasteful and inviting, designed for restful comfort with plush linens, attached bathrooms, and elegant touches. The living and dining areas flow naturally together, filled with soft light and adorned with art that adds character and warmth, making you feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy simple, home-cooked meals, while the garden outside offers a serene space to sit, share tea, or simply breathe in the calm surroundings.

Meals
- A complimentary breakfast is included in the tariff.
- Other meals can be arranged at the property on request. A cook is available at a charge of ₹500 per day, and grocery/ ingredient costs are payable by the guests as per actuals. Our staff can help with the procurement of groceries.
- We request all our guests to inform the staff about their meal preferences well in advance.
- Please follow the meal timings:
- Breakfast: 8:30 am - 10:30 am
- Lunch: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
- Dinner: 8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
House Rules
- Check-in time: 02:00 PM; Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You may smoke only in the outdoor areas.
- Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered or outside guests are permitted.
- Please keep noise and music levels low after 10:00 PM.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property. Charges will apply based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Advance and Cancellation Policy
- We take at least 50% of the total booking amount as advance, in order to confirm the booking. The balance payment is to be cleared at the time of check-in at the property. Food and other services bills, if any, are to be cleared at or prior to check-out.
- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
- If cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the check-in date, the advance amount will be non-refundable, and it can be adjusted against a future booking.
- If cancellation is made less than 15 days before the check-in, the advance amount will be non-refundable, and the booking dates cannot be adjusted.
Other Things to Note
- There is parking available on the property premises.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas only for security purposes.
- The property staff reside on the premises in designated staff accommodations.
- Please note that ACs are not powered by the genset and will not operate during power outages.
- We do not offer driver accommodation at the property. Please inform us at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
- Bonfire can be arranged with prior notice at an additional cost.
- We are pet-friendly, however, guests are requested to take responsibility for their care and any damage caused.
- Please turn off all switches and appliances when not in use.
